Body image is a topic most of us have an impression of, but perhaps not a full awareness of the effects of our fitness messaging. Sadie Chanlett-Avery has been teaching movement education, fitness, body image and exercise for a decade, and in this lecture gives an overview of some changes we might want to consider in our messaging.
