Todd Hargrove

Todd Hargrove is both a certified Feldenkrais Method movement instructor and a certified Rolfer, who left his lawyering practice to share his newly discovered knowledge of a path out of back pain. He writes regular articles for his blog, as well as The Perfect Health Diet, Save Yourself and Conditioning Research. Todd is the author of the book Better Movement.
