I can’t open my support ticket
If you have a support ticket in process and you get the message “This is a private ticket. It can be viewed only ticket author,” it means you aren’t logged in. You have to be logged in to see your private ticket. If you’re logged in and see that message, it could mean you have two email addresses in the system, and started the help ticket using a different one. Drop us an email for help: email@example.com.
